Arsenal shattered Liverpool 4-1 in English Premier League game at home, Emirates Stadium, London on Saturday.

Gunners received the triumph thanks to the goals scored by Spanish right-back Hector Bellerin, German attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil, Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez and French striker Olivier Giroud.

Visitors Liverpool's single goal was scored by English midfielder Jordan Henderson from a penalty kick.

Victorious side Arsenal raised their points to 63 and climbed to the second spot in standings. Meanwhile Liverpool are in fifth place with 54 points.

It is reported that 60,081 spectators watched the game at Emirates Stadium.
