ISTANBUL
Besiktas' midfielder Jeremain Lens has been suffering from muscle injury ahead of the second half of Turkish football league.
The Dutch midfielder sustained a right thigh posterior muscle injury during a match against Altinordu in a friendly game, the club said in a statement on Monday.
The 32-year-old played 16 matches in Besiktas this season.
Turkish Super Lig title contenders Besiktas are currently in the fifth place with 30 points.
