ANKARA
Besiktas qualified for the last 16 in the Ziraat Turkish Cup by defeating Altay 1-0 Thursday at Vodafone Park.
After the first half ended in a goalless draw, Atiba Hutchinson’s lone goal in the 61st minute gave his team victory.
In addition, Kasimpasa, VavaCars Fatih Karagumruk, Demir Grup Sivasspor, Yukatel Kayserispor, Ittifak Holding Konyaspor, Trabzonspor, Aytemiz Alanyaspor, Goztepe, Atakas Hatayspor, Fraport TAV Antalyaspor, Fenerbahce, Royal Hastanesi Bandirmaspor, Adana Demirspor, Gaziantep FK and Altas Denizlispor also reached the last 16 phase.
