Thousands of fans recited Al-Fatiha, the first surah (chapter) of the Muslim holy book Quran, for victims of the earthquake in Morocco and the flood in Libya before Tuesday's Morocco vs. Burkina Faso match.
A moment of silence was observed and thousands of fans recited for the victims before the start of the friendly match at Lens' Bollaert-Delelis Stadium in France.
The footage of the incident received quite an interaction on social media platforms.
Morocco won 1-0 with Azzedine Ounahi's goal in the 36th minute.
