MOSCOW

Ukraine accused Russia on Wednesday of striking a civilian vessel under the flag of Liberia while it was entering the port of Odesa.

A crew member was killed and three were injured in the attack, as well as an employee of the port, Ukraine's army southern operational command said in a statement.

The vessel was hit with an X-31 anti-radar missile, according to the Ukrainian military.
