During his stay in Romania, Bagis held meetings with Romania's European Affairs Minister Leonard Orban and Foreign Minister Christian Diacosnescu.
Bagis and Orban signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in EU matters.
Bagis also met Titus Corlatean, chairman of the Committee for Foreign Affairs of Romanian Senate, as well as Viorel Hrebenciuc, chairman of the European Affairs Committee of the Romanian House of Representatives.
He visited the Lumina University, established by Turkish entrepreneurs in Romania, and received a plate from the university management.
