Two police officers were killed and another one was wounded in separate shootings on Friday in Egypt's Ismailia and Sinai.
In fire opened by unidentified assailants on a patroling police car in northern Ismailia city of Egypt, one policeman was shot dead and another one was wounded.
A police officer was killed in an attack on a check point in Sinai region of Egypt.
Security forces launched large scale operations to arrest the assailants.
