Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said that the first delivery of the long-range air defence system S-300 missiles, made in Russia, reached Syria. "The second delivery of S-300 missiles will be made in Syria in coming days, in accordance with agreement with Russia," also said Assad.
According to Assad's interview in Al-Akhbar newspaper, published in Lebanon, Assad also commented about probablity of Israel's attack to air defence system S-300 missiles and said, "We will immediately react to any attack on Syria's territory."
Assad also talked about the Golan Heights, occupied by Israel and said, "Syrian administration will never prevent any group who fights for the independence of Golan Heights."
-"Hezbollah and Syrian administration in the same line"-
Assad stressed that Hezbollah and Syrian administration stayed on the same line, and added, "Hezbollah fighters currently are found in Syria-Lebanon borderline; however, Syrian army leads the war and the groups. The war will go on till all terrorists are terminated."
Assad also underlined that the Syrian administration will participate in the second Geneva conference, which will be held to find a solution in June for Syria crisis, and was planned by Russia and USA.
