KYZYLZHAR, KAZAKHSTAN - APRIL 11: Officials take precautions and place sacks near settlement as ongoing evacuation of citizens after melting snow causes floods in Kyzylzhar, Kazakhstan on April 11, 2024. More than 100,000 people have been evacuated from flood-affected areas in Kazakhstan. Following a winter of heavy downfall, the melting snow has led to flooding in more than 3,000 homes across 10 provinces of the country, also causing damage to transportation infrastructure including roads and bridges.
