ANKARA

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati will pay an official visit to Turkiye on Tuesday, the country's Communications Directorate said Monday.

During the visit, which comes following an invitation by Turkiye's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, bilateral relations and steps to further improve them will be discussed, the directorate said in a statement.

Latest developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East, and global issues will also come under discussion, the readout added.
