ISTANBUL
Israel issued an evacuation order for Iranians living near weapons factories on Sunday ahead of a new wave of airstrikes.
“All individuals currently present or expected to be present in or around military weapons manufacturing facilities and their supporting institutions must immediately evacuate these areas and not return until further notice,” army spokesman Avichay Adraee said in a statement in Arabic and Persian on X.
“Being near these facilities puts your life at risk,” he warned.
Israel launched coordinated airstrikes on multiple sites across Iran, including military and nuclear facilities, on Friday, prompting Tehran to launch retaliatory strikes within hours.
Israeli authorities said that at least 13 people were killed and more than 370 others injured in Iranian missile attacks since Friday.
