CAIRO
Egypt and Jordan concluded joint military drills, according to the Egyptian military on Monday.
A military statement said the Aqaba 4 exercises aimed at "unifying military concepts and sharing training experiences."
The statement said the training took place in recent days, without giving a specific date.
The drills involved units of ground and naval forces, air defense forces, special forces and military engineers of both countries, the army said.
Egypt has recently carried out several military drills with France, U.K. Italy.
