Person in moderate condition after being struck by missile shrapnel, says Israeli ambulance service
ISTANBUL
At least one person was injured early Monday after being struck by flying debris from a missile fired toward central Israel, according to Israel’s ambulance service.
Emergency teams said the person, who is in their 40s, sustained a head injury in the city of Rishon LeZion south of Tel Aviv and was listed in moderate condition while receiving treatment.
Israel’s Channel 12 reported that missile fragments also fell in three locations in northern Israel.
