JERUSALEM
Three people were injured in an Iranian missile attack in central Israel on Sunday, as a US-Israeli offensive on Tehran entered its second week, medics said.
The national ambulance service MDA said one person was in serious condition after debris from an intercepted missile fell in central Israel.
No further details were provided about the exact location of the attack.
The Israeli army earlier said that missiles were detected from Iran, triggering sirens in central Israel.
According to an Anadolu reporter, loud explosions were heard in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and west of Ramallah, likely resulting from attempts to intercept Iranian missiles.
