US secretary of state discusses Ukraine, Iran with national security advisors of UK, France, Germany in Istanbul

ISTANBUL
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio discussed Ukraine and Iran with national security advisors of the UK, France, and Germany in Istanbul on Friday, according to Anadolu correspondent.
The hour-long meeting included Rubio, US Ambassador to Ankara Tom Barrack, and US President Donald Trump’s special representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg.
Following the NATO foreign ministers’ meeting on Thursday in southern Türkiye, Rubio arrived in Istanbul early Friday.
Türkiye is hosting the Russia-Ukraine peace talks on May 15-16 in the Dolmabahce Presidential Working Office in Istanbul.
Additionally, a meeting between deputy foreign ministers of Iran, the UK, France, and Germany is set to take place at the Iranian Consulate General in the Turkish metropolis Istanbul on Friday. The talks will focus on Tehran’s nuclear program.
