Turkish president, Austrian chancellor discuss Ukraine-Russia war

ISTANBUL

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday spoke over the phone with Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer and discussed bilateral relations and the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.

In a Twitter post, the Turkish presidency said that during the phone call, Erdogan told Nehammer that he continued to urge both Russia and Ukraine to use the channels of dialogue in order to put an immediate and peaceful end to the war.
