Premier League's 2020/21 season to start in September

Season to begin on Sept. 12 and to conclude on May 23, 2021, EPL says

ANKARA

The English Premier League (EPL) announced Friday that the 2020/21 season will kick-off in September.

"Premier League Shareholders today agreed to start the 2020/21 Premier League season on 12 September 2020. The final match round of the campaign will take place on 23 May 2021," EPL said on its website.

Meanwhile, under the helm of German manager Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool has been crowned 2019/20 Premier League champions after 30 long three decades.
