ANKARA 

The French national football team lost to Finland 2-0 in Wednesday's friendly match at home.

Finland secured the win at Stade de France with the first half goals.

Finnish forward Marcus Forss scored the opener in the 28th minute and midfielder Onni Valakari doubled the gap for Finland in the 31st minute.

French star Kylian Mbappe did not play in this game.

Meanwhile, in the other match of the night, the Netherlands drew with Spain 1-1 in Amsterdam.

The visitors drew the first blood in the 19th minute as Sergio Canales was the scorer for Spain.

In the minute of 47, Dutch midfielder Donny van de Beek pulled the level to end the match 1-1.

Separately, Portugal hammered underdogs Andorra 7-0 as Cristiano Ronaldo scored one goal near the end of the friendly match.

Paulinho scored twice for Portugal in Lisbon.

Pedro Neto, Renato Sanches, and Joao Felix were the other scorers.

Andorran player Emili Garcia scored an own goal as Portugal had the large win.
