2022 Volleyball Men's World Championship draw unveiled

ISTANBUL

The 2022 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship draw was made on Thursday at Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace in Russia’s capital Moscow.

Russian legendary volleyball players Yekaterina Gamova, Lyubov Sokolova, and Taras Khtey assisted with the draw.

Turkey will play in Pool E against Italy, Canada, and China in Yekaterinburg.

The 2022 World Championship will run from Aug. 26 to Sept. 11 in 10 cities.

Groups:

Pool A: Volleyball Federation of Russia, Puerto Rico, Tunisia, and Serbia (Moscow)

Pool B: Brazil, Cuba, Japan, and Qatar (Kemerovo)

Pool C: Poland, United States, Mexico, and Bulgaria (Novosibirsk)

Pool D: France, Slovenia, Germany, and Cameroon (Ufa)

Pool E: Italy, Canada, Turkey, and China (Yekaterinburg)

Pool F: Argentina, Iran, Netherlands, and Egypt (Krasnoyarsk)
