Two Palestinian women and a 4-year-old girl were injured on Saturday when an Israeli military vehicle rammed their car in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.

The group said in a statement that its teams treated two women, aged 24 and 25, and a child, who suffered facial injuries. All three sustained various bruises and were transferred to the hospital for treatment.

Eyewitnesses told Anadolu that Israeli forces raided Jenin’s Al-Kharouba neighborhood earlier in the day, detained a young man identified as Asid Abu Hammad after storming his home, and later withdrew from the area.

Since the start of Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, at least 1,011 Palestinians have been killed and more than 7,000 injured in the West Bank by Israeli forces and illegal settlers, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

In a landmark opinion last July, the International Court of Justice declared Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territory illegal. It demanded the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
