Dirk Kuyt: Brazil World Cup may be my last

ANKARA

Fenerbahce's Dutch winger Dirk Kuyt says the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil might be his last, but hopes everything goes well for the Netherlands.

"During the World Cup, I'll be 34-years old...afterwards I should retire from international football to let the Dutch youngsters play for the national team," he told the Dutch press.

Despite the world's best teams and players struggling in the tournament, the Dutch international said he expects the Netherlands to again play in the final.

The Netherlands were defeated by Spain in the 2010 FIFA World Cup final in South Africa.
