Spain's annual inflation down 5-month low
On monthly basis, consumer prices decreased 0.5%, flash data shows
ISTANBUL
Spain’s annual consumer inflation (CPI) stood at 2.8% in July, a 5-month low, according to flash data released on Tuesday.
The preliminary figure was down from 3.4% in June 2024, below forecasts of 3%.
On a monthly basis, Spain's CPI fell 0.5% in July, following a 0.3% rise in June.
Meanwhile, electricity prices and food prices decreased from a year ago.
