BRUSSELS

A total of 40 people were evacuated from a territory near the EU headquarters in Belgium's capital Brussels upon a bomb threat on Tuesday.

A building of institution providing consultancy services to the EU Commission was evacuated On Breydel Street after it received a bomb threat.

Police have cordoned off part of the street.

Firefighters and bomb disposal experts were referred to the scene.
