Russian energy giant Rosneft saw its net income increase, but its revenue slightly decline in the third quarter of 2019, according to its financial results statement released on Wednesday.
Net income attributable to Rosneft shareholders rose to 225 billion rubles ($3.53 billion) in the July-September period of 2019, up 58% from 142 billion rubles ($2.23 billion) in the same period of 2018.
Revenue, however, decreased slightly to 2.24 trillion rubles ($35.1 billion) in the third quarter of this year, from 2.29 trillion rubles ($35.9 billion) in the same period of last year, marking a 2.2% decline.
