Turkish Treasury signed an agreement with two international credit rating agencies, Moody's and Fitch, for the year of 2013.
Turkish Treasury which fulfills the bond issues every year in the international bond markets used to work with Moody's and Standard&Poors based on agreements.
Fitch and several other credit rating agencies were holding credit assessments about Turkey without an agreement signed with the Treasury.
