Turkish stock exchange begins Tuesday flat
Benchmark BIST 100 index gains 8.07 points at open

ISTANBUL
Türkiye's benchmark stock opened Tuesday at 11,056.20 points, slightly up 0.07% or 8.07 points.
On Monday, the BIST 100 was down 0.92% at 11,048.13 points with a daily transaction volume of 136.3 billion Turkish liras ($3.27 billion).
As of 09.50 am local time (0650GMT), exchange rates stood at 41.5850 Turkish liras to the US dollar, 48.8455 to the euro, and 55.9855 to the British pound.
The price of an ounce of gold was $3,864.75, while Brent crude oil was trading at $66.70 per barrel.
