India's Wipro to invest $1B in Al over 3 years

ANKARA
India's leading IT services firm Wipro announced its commitment of making $1 billion investment in advancing AI capabilities over the next three years.
The investment will help further advance Wipro’s AI, data and analytics capabilities and foundation, and R&D and platforms, according to a statement from the company on Wednesday.
The company also announced the launch of AI-first innovation ecosystem Wipro ai360.
For achieving these goals, all 250,000 employees will receive training for AI fundamentals and responsible use of AI over the course of the next 12 months, it said.
