Global Webit Congress kicks off
Business executives from 103 countries will be among more than eight thousand participants attending the congress.
ISTANBUL (AA) - Global Webit Congress, dubbed as the Olympics of digital technology and telecommunication, starts on Wednesday at the Halic Congress Center in Istanbul.
Webit CEO Plamen Russev said Istanbul will host the biggest congress held so far in Webit history, following London, Cannes, Barcelona, New York, Cologne and Austin. Russev praised Istanbul as “being at the crossroads of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia” and noted the city was the perfect option to discuss future of global digital technology and telecommunication.
Business executives from 103 countries will be among more than eight thousand participants. The congress will host 250 presentations in two days from the sector's leading voices.
Aniela Russeva, Executive Director of the Global Webit Congress, said it was great that brightest and most effective representatives from the digital technology and telecommunication sector would participate in the congress.
Webit’s gold media partner Anadolu Agency Deputy Director-General Cagatay Culcuoglu will deliver a speech in the panel "How to drive engagement through content," as part of the first-day conference titled "Digital Marketing and Innovation."
