20 short films, 10 documentaries to compete at Türkiye's Bogazici Film Festival

ISTANBUL

Twenty short films and 10 documentaries will compete at the 11th edition of Bogazici Film Festival with the global communication partnership of Anadolu.

The festival from Dec. 8 - 16 will be organized with the support of the Turkish Culture and Tourism Ministry along with the main sponsorship of Turkcell and Türkiye’s national flag carrier, Turkish Airlines.

Anadolu will be the global communication partner of the festival while Turkmedya will be the main media sponsor.

The short films and documentaries from directors of different nationalities will compete at the festival.

Among the short films competing in all categories, the Ahmet Ulucay Short Film Grand Prize worth 50,000 Turkish liras ($1,732) will be given to the film selected by the short fiction jury's evaluations.

The best national documentary will be awarded 50,000 Turkish liras and the best film of each category will be awarded 30,000 Turkish liras ($1,039).

A film in the National Short Fiction Competition will be presented with the Istanbul Media Academy Young Talent Award worth 20,000 Turkish liras ($693).
