Anadolu Agency staffer in North Macedonia claimed by virus
Zafer Veysel worked in Web IT department at agency's Albania and North Macedonia desk

SKOPJE, Macedonia
Zafer Veysel, a valued member of Anadolu Agency's Albanian and North Macedonian desk, passed away from coronavirus on Tuesday.
Born in 1986 in Istanbul, Turkey, Veysel had worked since 2015 for the agency's web IT department in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia.
He also took part in setting up the technical infrastructure of the agency’s broadcast center in Skopje.
The agency has offered condolences to Veysel’s family and loved ones.
Turkish Communications Director Fahrettin Altun also conveyed his condolences to the relatives and employees of Anadolu Agency.
