Türkiye’s President Erdogan welcomes Indonesian counterpart Prabowo in Ankara
Both leaders expected to hold bilateral meeting, co-chair inter-delegation talks, and hold joint news conference
ISTANBUL
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday welcomed his Indonesian counterpart Prabowo Subianto with an official ceremony at the presidential palace in the capital Ankara.
The two leaders will hold a bilateral meeting, co-chair inter-delegation talks and hold a joint news conference.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, National Defense Minister Yasar Guler, Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek and other officials were present at the ceremony.
Prabowo started his official visit to Türkiye on Wednesday, and is also expected to attend the three-day Antalya Diplomacy Forum, which will begin on Friday.
