ISTANBUL
Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Tuesday spoke over the phone with Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov and discussed developments in the region, according to Turkish Foreign Ministry sources.
The two ministers also discussed relations between their countries, the sources said.
