The relatives of victims who died on the missing Malaysia Airlines flight 370 initiated judicial proceedings in China on Monday.

The case, filed by the relatives of over 40 victims​​​​​​​, will be heard in the capital Beijing's Chaoyang district court by Dec. 6, daily Global Times reported.

Some 329 people on board the MH370 flight died after departure for Beijing from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia after the plane crashed on March 8, 2014.
