TURKEY TO HOST 28TH ARTISTIC BILLIARD WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
KASTAMONU - The 28th Artistic Billiard World Championships will take place in northern Turkish province of Kastamonu from September 30 to October 4.

Twenty-four billiard players will participate in the championships.
Haci Arap Yaman, the defending champion; Serdar Gumus, Baris Cin, Yavuz Oney, Senol Oztas and Koray Kirman are representing Turkey in the championships.
Nubuyasu Sakai, Haijme Watanabe and Kouhei Kano of Japan; Kevin Tran, Michael Hammen, Jean Reverchon and Michel Parra of France; Sander Jonen, Martin van Rhee, Rob Scholtes and Manfred Hekerle of the Netherlands; Xavier Fonellosa and Juan Carlos Cuadrado of Spain; Yong Seok Jeong of South Korea; Walter Bax and Eric Daelman of Belgium; as well as Thomas Ahrens and Franz Heigl of Germany are the other participants.
The event will be broadcast live both by Turkish state-run TV channel, TRT, and the Eurosport.
