TOP COMPANIES IN MUSLIM WORLD
ANKARA - Turkey's leading holdings Koc, Sabanci and Yildiz/Ulker have been listed among the top 100 countries of the Muslim world in 2010.

Accordingly, Saudi Arabia's oil company Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) topped DinarStandard's list with a revenue of 182.3 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Iran's National Iranian Oil Company and Malaysia's Petroliam Nasional BHD (Petronas).
A total of 20 Turkish companies managed to enter this year's list, while Turkey's leading Koc Holding, mainly operating in automotive, consumer goods, energy and finance sectors, was ranked the 10th with a revenue of 28.9 billion USD.
Sabanci Holding, which focuses on financial, retail, automotive and chemicals sectors, was ranked the 16th in the list with its revenue reaching 12.1 billion USD, as Yildiz Holding/Ulker, known for its activities in food processing, was listed the 18th with a revenue of 10.9 billion USD.
Turkish bank Is Bankasi was placed at the 19th position in DinarStandard's list.
Other Turkish companies included in the ranking were Ziraat Bankasi (24th), Akbank (31st), Dogan Holding (35th), TurkCell (40th), Enka Holdings (45th), Dogus Holding (47th), Halkbank (48th), VakifBank (51st), THY (56th), Turkiye Elektrik Uretim Iletim A.S. (64th), BIM Birlesik Magazalar A.S. (77th), Eregli Demir-Celik (79th), Selcuk Ecza Deposu (83rd), Eczacıbasi Holding (88th), Vestel (90th) and Ciner Group (98th).
