PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, a global law firm, today announced that Jacques Naquet-Radiguet, one of the leading M&A lawyers in France, is joining the firm as a partner. This move further expands Davis Polk’s capabilities as one of the French market’s go-to firms for high-end transactions and advice.

Mr. Naquet-Radiguet handles domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. He has represented major French companies in a variety of complex transactions recently, including those involving Rhodia and Société du Louvre. He joins Davis Polk from Shearman & Sterling, where he was deputy managing partner and head of the corporate group in its Paris office.
