Members of different religions and sects sit at same table in Hatay in holy month of Ramadan and convey messages of tolerance to the world.
Hatay, hosting many civilizations, has a large variety of historic and cultural richness. Mosques, churches and synagogues are located on the same main street in city of tolerance, Hatay. 
Members of different religions, the Muslims, Christians and Jews as well as members of different sects the Sunnis and Alevis, are next door neighbors in Antakya. Those who believe in different religions live in peace and friendship in the province.
Christians and Jews, respecting the religious beliefs of Muslims in Ramadan, take something with them to eat at fast breaking dinner. Christians and Jews cook special meals in their homes aiming to enrich fast breaking dinners and sometimes send meals to their Muslim neighbors and sometimes lay table for them.
Gulcu, head official of the Zenginler District, told A.A correspondent that the Alevis, Sunnis, Christians and Jews were together both in sorrows and happiness. 
Gulcu said his neighbors, believing in the other religion, brought him meals in Ramadan, noting that most of the time they were sitting at the same table.
Jewish Azra Cenudioglu, working in ready-wear-sector, said everybody in Hatay approached the other in tolerance.
Christian Maria Saati said Christians had Easter in April, and fasted for 45 days for this. She said Christians did not eat animal products in this fasting. Maria Saati said their Muslim neighbors prepared meals without meat for them.
