DIGITURK WINS TENDER FOR EXCLUSIVE TV RIGHTS OF TFF SUPER LEAGUE GAMES
ISTANBUL - Digiturk won the tender for exclusive TV rights of Turkey's top football division, Turkcell Super League, for the next four seasons.

During the tender opened by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) for broadcasting rights of first division matches for the 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 seasons, Digiturk made the highest bid with 321 million USD for the Package "A" which includes rights of live broadcasting at Super League matches.
Digiturk has been holding the rights for the past eight years. Digiturk has created a source of 1,072 million USD in the past decade for the league. The company has 2.3 million subscribers in total, while 800,000 of these are subscribers to Lig TV.
NTV, Dogan TV, state-run broadcaster TRT and country's leading fixed line phone operator Turk Telekom were the other companies interested in the tender.
