British Museum hosts exhibition on Hajj journey

British Museum in London is hosting world's most comprehensive exhibition on Hajj which is titled "Hajj: Journey to the Heart of Islam".***

LONDON 

The museum says: "One of the five pillars of Islam central to Muslim belief, Hajj is the pilgrimage to Mecca that every Muslim must make at least once in their lifetime if they are able. This major exhibition charts the history of this deeply personal journey."
The exhibition displays the importance of Hajj for Muslims as well as the Hajj routes in Ottoman, Empire, Africa, Arabia and India.
