-TURKISH MOVIE WINS BEST BALKAN DOCUMENTARY AWARD IN KOSOVO FILM FESTIVAL
ISTANBUL - Turkish filmmaker Emel Celebi's "Lilit'in Kizkardesleri" (Sisters of Lilith) has been awarded with the Best Balkan Documentary Film in Dokufest International Documentary and Short Film Festival, the largest film event in Kosova.

Celebi's film competed with 15 other films in "Balkan Docs" category of the festival which was held in Prizren.
The film tells the story of three women who live in harmony with nature, not succumbing to anyone with the force they draw off their labour in nature: a shepherd who lives with her flock in the mountains; a fisher who goes out to the sea everyday although she can not swim; and a farmer who cares for her home and buys and sells fields.
