Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay on Tuesday said that the number of people killed in yesterday's deadly blast in the south-eastern province of Gaziantep rose to nine.

Speaking to reporters after a car full of explosives was detonated in Gaziantep on Monday night, Besir Atalay said that among those killed were four children, aged between 1.5 years and 12, and a woman.
Out of 69 wounded people, 17 continue to receive treatment in various hospitals, Atalay stressed.
"The vehicle used in the attack was a stolen one. It was brought to the site of the blast by a tow truck and it had a high amount of explosives. The vehicle entered Gaziantep on Monday. Four minutes before the blast, the tow truck left the vehicle at the site. We know who the driver of the tow truck was. Our colleagues have found out where the vehicle was stolen from and what its license plate was. We have made important progress in finding those responsible for the blast," Atalay underlined.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be in Gaziantep on Wednesday, Atalay also said.
