Christian pastors gathered in the Oval Office on Thursday to offer prayers for US President Donald Trump amid the ongoing US-Israel offensive on Iran.
In a video shared by White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino on US social media company X, a pastor prayed for “continued blessing and favor” on the president and asked for wisdom to guide him amid current challenges.
“I pray for your grace and your protection over him. I pray for your grace and protection over our troops and all of our men and women serving in our armed forces,” the pastor said.
Israel and the US have continued a large-scale offensive on Iran since Feb. 28, while Iran has retaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, as well as Gulf countries hosting US military assets.
