ANKARA

Turkiye and Nigeria have agreed to enhance cooperation in the health sector.

"We signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the fields of health and medical sciences with Nigerian Health Minister Dr. Osagie Ehanire," Turkiye’s Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said on Twitter on Monday.

“A treatment agreement was also signed between the Nigerian Embassy in Ankara and the Turkish Health Ministry’s International Health Services,” Koca added.
