Turkish Defense Minister Yasar Guler met Monday with Somalia's Minister of Ports and Marine Transport Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur.
In a post on the Turkish social media platform NSosyal, the Defense Ministry said the meeting took place at its Ankara headquarters.
