Fire erupts after fuel tank explodes at oil-pumping warehouse in Egypt’s Qalioubiya province

One person was killed and three others injured on Thursday when an explosion tore through a fuel depot north of capital Cairo, according to local media reports.

The fire left one person dead and another three injured, according to Al-Ahram.
Firemen reportedly rushed to the scene of the blaze where they eventually managed to contain the fire, while the authorities have since launched an investigation to determine the cause of the blast.
In June, 12 people were injured by an explosion that rocked a petrochemical warehouse near Cairo International Airport.
