Egyptian Minister of Tourism Hisham Zaazou on Thursday said that visa liberalization between Turkey and Egypt may happen in a few months.
Speaking to the Anadolu Agency (AA), Minister Zaazou said that they were working on lifting visa procedures for Turkish citizens.
"All sectors of the Egyptian economy want to cooperate with Turkey. Our efforts in tourism resulted in flights from Istanbul to several new Egyptian destinations," Zaazou stated.
"We want to see Turkish citizens travel to Sharm el-Sheikh as they do to Antalya," Zaazou also said.
