ANKARA
Turkish President Abdullah Gul welcomed Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev with formal ceremony on Thursday at the Cankaya Presidential Palace in Ankara.
Deputy Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Mehmet Saglam, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Ertugtul Gunay, ministers in the Kazakh delegation, Secretary General of the Turkish Presidency Mustafa Isen, and Governor of Ankara Alaaddin Yuksel attended the ceremony.
The two presidents' meeting began after the ceremony. Turkish FM Davutoglu and Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Gunay also attended the meeting.
