DAMASCUS
A delegation of observers from the United Nations (UN) have arrived in Syrian city of Homs on Wednesday and are observing the situation there as part of the plan of joint UN and Arab League special envoy on Syria Kofi Annan.
According to a news report by the Sham News Network, the UN observers began talking with the residents of Homs on Wednesday.
The Network did not give details on the observers.
