At least 47 people were killed on Thursday in violent clashes between protesters and police forces in the capital of Ukraine, officials said.
According to a statement form Ukraine Ministry of Health, 75 people have died since February 18.
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych agreed to a truce and talks with opposition leaders on Wednesday after at least 28 people were killed and more than 400 others injured in violent clashes between protesters and security forces this week.
