DOHA
Turkey's prime minister said on Saturday that the world had to see, hear and feel the agonies of children killed in Kabul, Gaza, Mogadishu, Baghdad, Hama and Homs.
Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that nobody could save himself/herself of responsibilities by closing his/her eyes to children who died of hunger, poverty, terrorism and clashes.
"Regarding freedom, fundamental human rights, prosperity and development as a right for oneself but to regard them a luxury for others can be nothing but preliminary signals of an approaching disaster," Erdogan said during the 13th United Nations (UN) Conference on Trade and Development in Doha, Qatar.
